Finn is an AI agent designed to help technology professionals with job applications. Our services include but are not limited to automated job application assistance, resume optimization, and job application management.

To use certain features of our services, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
All activities that occur under your account

Any content you submit or share through our services

You are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and truthfulness of all information provided to our service. Finn does not verify or validate any user-submitted information, including but not limited to work history, educational credentials, skills, or qualifications.

All content, features, and functionality of our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Finn or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Finn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, career opportunities, employment offers, or potential earnings, arising out of or in connection with your use of our services. In no event shall Finn's total liability exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing our services during the twelve months preceding the claim. Finn expressly disclaims all liability related to job application outcomes, interview performance, hiring decisions, or any other employment-related matters that may result from your use of our services.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Finn explicitly disclaims all responsibility and liability for any job rejections, missed opportunities, or career setbacks that may occur in connection with your use of our services. You acknowledge and agree that Finn bears no responsibility for any potential loss of income, employment opportunities, career advancement, or other monetary damages or economic losses, whether direct or indirect, that may result from your use of our services or reliance on our recommendations.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to our services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

15. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration conducted in San Francisco, California. You agree to waive your right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration. The arbitration will be conducted by JAMS under its applicable rules. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding.
